Leslie Saeta has thrown down the gauntlet to get us all back in the frame of mind for a good start to 2013. I think I'll pick it up. I was mulling over something I've wanted to do for a long time--a series of simple value studies, then glazing with color--it looks like this is the moment to do that experiment.
