"Brian" sat for his portrait shortly before leaving for Australia, but was able to approve a small study prior to departure, and kept up with progress on Facebook.  His portrait is a companion portrait to his brother's completed earlier.  Watching Brian grow up over the years, it was very satisfying to paint a portrait of him "full grown" and a mature world traveler.
